Lilac Place may be rented as one  complete rental to include The Columbine and  The
Trillium.    It is a perfect spot for a family or a retreat, handling up to 9 persons and affording privacy plus all the cooking facilities of 2 full kitchens, 2 bathrooms and plenty of space .

All linens are provided.   Cleaning may be arranged at an extra cost.   Or just avail yourself of the cleaning implements I provide in the laundry room.

Off street parking for up to 4 cars (in tandem) on 1  side  stone parking lot – Please keep to the side so that other guests may park.

Access is thru the front door combination lock .

There are 2 phones for outgoing phone calls  and we ask that you use your cell phone for any incoming calls.  Please, turn off your computer when it is not in use.   Very important.

Lilac Place is smoke-free and pet free.

RATES:

TRILLIUM:

May to June 30th – $600.00 per week

Basic minimum rate for a 3 night stay is $330.00

June 30 TO Sept. 1 – $750.00 per week

Sept. 1. to Oct. 13 – $650.00 per week

Oct. 13 – to Nov. 3 – $550.00 per week

THE COLUMBINE:

May to June 30th – $350.00 per week

Basic rate for the minimum 3 night stay is  $195.

June 30 to Sept. 1 – $400..00 per week

Sept. 1 to Oct. 13 – $350.00 per week

Oct. 13 to Nov. 3 – $300.0.00 per week

LILAC PLACE:

May to June 30TH – $850. per week 

Basic minimum rate per night for a 3 night stay is $525.00

June 30 – to Sept. 1 – $1100. PER WEEK

Sept. 1 – to Oct. 13 – $900 PER WEEK

Oct. 13 – to Nov. 3 – $800.00 PER WEEK

All Plus 7% Sales Tax

All subject to a Security Deposit – as follows:

Lilac Place – $1,000. Deposit

Trillium – $850. deposit

Columbine — $600. Deposit

Stays of less than a full week are subject to a $75.00 cleaning fee.
