Lilac Place may be rented as one  complete rental to include the Columbine
and Trillium Apartments .   It is a perfect spot for a family or a retreat, handling up to 9 persons and affording privacy plus all the cooking facilities of 2 full kitchens and plenty of space.

All linens are provided.   Cleaning may be arranged at an extra cost.   Or just avail yourself of the cleaning implements I provide in the laundry room.

Off street parking for 2 cars.  Please keep to the side so that other guests may use the lot.

Access is thru the front door combination lock.

There are 2 phones for outgoing phone calls (to a different number) and we ask that you use your cell phone for any incoming calls.   Please, turn off your computer when it is not in use.   Very important.

Lilac Place is smoke-free and pet free.

Basic minimum rate for a 3 night stay is $525.00

June 30th to Sept. 1 – $1100.00 per week

Sept. 1st to Oct 13th –  $900.00 per week

Oct. 13th to Nov. 3rd –           800.00
