They are addictive! Because of the chocolate, there is a dairy product used. However - they are good for you - full of antioxidants and a joy to your soul. Ployes - a crepe like pancake/flat bread mix.

This is Maine’s biggest secret. So secret that most Mainiacs don’t know about it. But we do - and our guests couldn’t get enough of them. This is a fantastic and scrumptious light crepe - totally VEGAN - with NO eggs, NO dairy products, NO oils , NO sugar. It is absolutely delicious and can be eaten in numerous ways. As pancakes if you want - very light. Or how about a flat bread - or rolled up with butter or jam inside. How about using them as a crepe with fresh fruit inside and topped with whipped cream. - Breakfast, Lunch - Dinner - or Desert - you can’t miss with a Ploye. They are cooked on one side only - take about 5 minutes to get ready - and then - off you go on your griddle. I couldn’t give my guests enough of them. Light - they go down so easy - and stay down so easy. Made only with a light Buckwheat( an herb) that is grown in Maine - an milled in Maine - a little regular flour and viola - you have one of the best tastes in Maine or anywhere for that matter. The mix can also be used for banana nut muffins, veggie roll-ups with a cheese sauce - of even in a waffle iron. Recipes on the bag. With an order of Ployes we shall also include our specialty Maine Maple Butter recipe - very easy - and just works wonderfully together.

Fantastic on top of hot cereals- or our fabulous ployes - or waffles. This is true Maine - - and New England.
