The COLUMBINE Apartment:

Basic minimum rate for  3 night stay is: $195.00

May to June 30th –  $350.00 per week

July 1st to Aug 31st  - $400.00 per week

Sept 1st  to Oct. 13th - $350.00 per week

Oct 14th to Nov 3rd - $300.00 per week

Columbine is heated by the wood stove -extremely effecient

House Rental ~ LILAC PLACE:

Basic minimum rate for  3 night stay is $525.00

May to June 30th – $850.00 per week

July 1st to Aug 31st  - $1100.00 per week

Sept 1st to Oct 13th – $900.00 per week

Oct 14th to Nov 3rd – $ 800.00per week

All plus 7% Sales tax

All subject to a security deposit as follows:

Lilac Place – $ 1,000.00 Deposit

Trillium – $ 850.00 Deposit

Columbine – $ 600.00 Deposit

Stays of less than a full week are subject to a $ 75.00 cleaning fee.
