THE TRILLIUM: This second floor apartment is entered thru the front door using the combination lock..  A stair  elevator will assist you and your luggage to the second floor.

Two full bedrooms, plus a petite room and a wondrous queen size sofa bed in the Living room for your extra  guests.  The Trillium sleeps up to 7 persons and can be provided with an Air Bag at an additional cost, should your party include 8 persons.

Bedroom #1:  CROWS – at the front of the house has twin beds and lush pillows, comforters, built-in dresser, full closet and  fully  plus carpeted. (We love our crows  and you’ll see why this unique bedroom is named CROWS.)

Bedroom #2: The VIOLA room is also at the front of the house and is a small, bright and cheery room, with small furniture and  fully carpeted. It has a true Nanny bed (the slender, fold up beds that Nanny’s used to nap on when their charges were sleeping.)  Great for a child or a petite adult.

The full kitchen has ample space to dine with your friends. The kitchen has an electric stove/oven, built-in coffee pot, blender, built-in toaster, microwave and refrigerator with top freezer. Of course, dishes, eating utensils, glasses, pots & pans  are all included. Plenty of built-in cabinet space.

The 3 piece bathroom has a flush,  pedestal sink and a ceramic tiled shower and a large linen/ storage cabinet. Lots of plush towels and wash clothes and our luxurious pure vegetable glycerin soaps. There is a large combination living room/ family room with TV and both soft carpet and hardwood floor.  The plush queen size sofa (for your extra guests) is located in the living room section.

All linens are provided.  Cleaning may be arranged at an extra cost, or you may avail yourself of  the cleaning implements in the laundry room.

Pocket doors separate the living room from the 3rd bedroom…

THE LUPINE  at the back of the house overlooking the elms (yes, we still have elms in Maine). The Lupine is furnished with a unique rustic headboard with back shelving for the queen size bed. The decor represents all the colors of our beautiful wild Maine lupine.  And  your feet will love the carpet!

Firm new mattresses, the entire apartment has just been renovated and is charmingly appointed and painted in the various colors that can be be found in lilacs. There is an emergency  back exit from the Trillium.  Included in the rental for the Trillium – off street parking,  water , sewer & electric, cable TV and telephone for outgoing phone calls only and access to our wireless internet connection.  Use your cell phone for any incoming phone calls you are expecing..   Please disconnect your computer when you are NOT using it for access to the web.

Also – the off-street parking lot will hold 2 cars only.   So please keep to the side, so that the other folks can park also.
